Spanish term

con un remate en cruz

Spanish to English Art/Literary Archaeology Mexico
This is talking about a 16th manuscript leaf with an illustration of a government building, constructed by indigenous peoples in Mexico City.

3 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I finally saw a picture and this is apparently the right answer (I thought it might mean cross-hatched). Since it says "está coronado por" I have to come up with something other than "crowned". Thanks for your help!"
