When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

doctor’s statement of injuries (from battering)
…The member of staff’s statement should include: - full details of the incident; -details of the injuries suffered and / or damage caused; - a doctor’s statement of injuries…
I would trust the doctor's statement of injuries more than a reporter's analysis of injuries from a low resolution cell phone picture.

forensic medical examination report [of injuries]
Окончание фразы в переводе может зависеть от того, какая степень детальности необходима по контексту - просто "... report", "... report of injuries", ''... report of injuries inflicted by battery" и т.п.

: В данном случае, по-вашему, это должно прозвучать так: forensic medical examination report of injuries inflicted by battery.

Bodily Harm / Bodily Injury / Personal Injury Certificate

Suspicious Injury Report Form
From the state of California:
After assessing and interviewing a patient, if a health care provider determines that
she or he must report according to the reporting law, she or he may report according to the
following procedure:
o Inform the patient of clinician’s duty to report.
o Inform patient of likely response(s) by law enforcement and what will happen to
report.
o Make a telephone report to the appropriate law enforcement agency immediately,
or as soon as is practically possible.
o Complete the OCJP 920: Suspicious Injury Report Form and send within two
working days to the law enforcement agency that has been notified by telephone.

I understand that legal systems differ significantly between countries, and the idea of healthcare workers being required to report "suspicious injuries" to the police is not universal. However, I think a doctor cannot issue a statement that a person was the victim of a crime, without witnessing the crime. The doctor can only state that the injuries are consistent with those that might be sustained by someone who is intentionally beaten. That's where the word "suspicious" enters. However, I'm not a lawyer and not familiar with the Russian criminal legal system; I only offered this option as a potentially relevant phrase used in the U.S.

: In Russia and other ex-USSR countries, no such duty is imposed on healthcare providers - any such reports are drawn by forensic medical examiners upon victim's request and in most cases also require a referral from law enforcement authorities.
