Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

<br>Seit den 1990er Jahren löst die partnerschaftlich orientierte Entwicklungszusammenarbeit als Begriff in der Entwicklungspolitik den der Entwicklungshilfe ab. Entwicklungshilfe verfolgte im Kern weitgehend dieselben Ziele. Im Gegensatz zur Entwicklungszusammenarbeit war Entwicklungshilfe besonders in den frühen Anfangsjahren wenig oder überhaupt nicht von partnerschaftlicher Gleichberechtigung, sondern von der dominierenden Rolle des Fachwissens und des Reichtums geprägt.
<br>Also, demnach ist Entwicklungspolitik der Oberbegriff. Entwicklungshilfe sagt man eher nicht mehr, sondern Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Damit wäre der beste Begriff wohl Entwicklungspolitik
