This means that managers should build the social group (social architects), create and enforce laws within the group (constitution writers), and at the same time organize group of people by telling his subordinates the goal and intent to raise their awareness of the their jobs (enterpreneur of meaning). If employees find a meaning in their jobs, they would perform at higher levels than employees who see their job meaningless and boring that their meaningless tasks serve only as a way to earn money. This won't be exciting for people without meaning in their tasks and no intention of improving themselves compared to workers who find meanings in their jobs.
