Water fed to a system to replace that which is lost, for example, water fed to a boiler to replace that lost as steam or condensate; water fed to a cooling tower to replace that lost by evaporation, drift, or other causes.

Yes, I do, according to the definition I wrote in the explanation.

Note from asker:
Thanks. It was really helpful. Do you agree with me that this make-up water is the product of condensation? |

Discussion
- it is boiled because the core is hot
- the leaks of the circuit produce steam from this water
- steam inside the confinement building condensates along the walls in contact with outside air (the building is more or less intact at this time, and thus relatively tight)
So the buidling is full of "condensates", that can be usefully recycled (they are already radioactive) to be injected at low pressure
One may note though that as the circuit injected is the same and leaking, the process will be repeated
