U section steel beam
It says, structural steel, so it is a steel beam. They come in various shapes, the most common ones are I, L, T, H, and U.
If you immagine these letters enlarged to 200-300mm size, with the dark shape thickened, that's how the cross-section of these beams look like. The can be various length, usually from about a meter to 6m long.
The U shape is slightly different from the letter, because it is not round, more square, and a bit short, but I can't type such a shape, and everybody uses the letter U to describe it anyway.

Some of the samples are in aluminium, also it says channel for U shape, but essentially it is the same, the steel has slightly rounded corners. I couldn\'t find a better webpage quickly.

The patt. should be pattern, and usually there is a four digit number after it to identify it.
