The Kangaroo pumps are a peristaltic nutrition feeding pumps. The "pump set" contains bag, peristaltic tube, connecting tubing and connectors. Please see reference!

In a more industrial context

a pump set is the assembly of pump and its motor/engine.

Don't know about your "medical/instruments" context though.
