Really I haven't any text.
Only this line:
"Outcome Assessment Early Exit/Exit Visit"

In another place I also have this:
"For the months 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 [Early Exit/Exit] visits, a window of ± 3 days is allowed."

Exit Interview / Final Interview

The term appears to refer to the final meeting between the researcher and the participant in the clinical trial.
