But the reality is there are multiple concurrent workloads ***representing*** multiple lines of business and decision makers.

no problem understanding the meaning of this sentence, it's just that I am unable to render it properly in the target language, could you help me with synonyms/rephrasing it?

Is the exercise of "infrastructure simplification" for a Data centre, that is taking care of diverse user needs, from within the one, parent organisation ? In that case, perhaps, the sentence might be rephrased as follows :

But the reality is that there are multiple concurrent workloads coming from multiple lines of business and decision makers.

MS Word has a useful tool that you can access with Shift + F7, which is the Thesaurus. You could also use Roget\'s Thesaurus.
