neutral Roddy Stegemann : Does this mean that I get to drive yours, if I am in the same pool?

Basically, people take turns driving, so one car may be used, or each person in the pool can drive their own car on the day they are the designated driver.
neutral Laurel Porter (X) : In standard carpools, each person drives his or her own car. There would be serious insurance issues, for example, if everybody shared cars the way you suggest.

I see my explanation is ambiguous: each carpooler drives his or her own car. Youve got a point, Laurel. Thanks. :)

explanations below

1. "Dweeby" is a very slang term meaning "not cool". Playing in the band (the school marching band) is also generally considered not a very popular thing by some people. And is someone is "tough", he can fight and say all the right things and so on.

2. Getting "knocked around" means that bigger kids are beating him up or mistreating him.

3. A car pool is when several people agree to take turns driving to work or to school. For example, four employees of the same office live near each other - on Monday one of them drive his car and gives the others a lift; on Tuesday another of them drives and gives the others a lift, etc.

Clear?
