The Boxcut will then be excavated to floor level 2 and ground support of rock bolts and Shotcrete shall be installed as per the plan. The 12Boxcut will then be excavated to the final depth, floor level 3 and the remaining ground support or cable bolts and Shotcrete will be installed. (See 7.3)

The height of sub benches shall be as per the prescribed plans. The load work will be made according to the design parameters of the major mobile equipment.

Building of the bevel on the portal in the first phase at the angle of 65ᵒ and in the second phase at the angle of 75ᵒ will be done also by contour mining on the borehole distance of 0.8m together with the works of each phase separately.

Mechanical ripping of the in-situ material will be preferentially used for moderately weathered material, however if necessary any blasting work shall be executed by a sub-contractor or ripping off.
