Înţelesul logic e: Free of and/or inclusive of...
Sunt de acord că e o uşoară contradicţie în "free and inclusive". Dacă sunt scutite (free), cred că e mai logic să traducem cu "sau".
Ideea e că preţul este final şi nu se mai pot adăuga niciun fel de taxe.

E doar un exemplu pentru free of VAT, adică free trebuie înţeles împreună cu of.
