Servicii (prestatii) post-vanzare (Romana)
Servicii prestate de vanzator cumparatorului, o perioada limitata sau nelimitata de timp, dupa achizitionarea produsului (bunuri de larg consum, echipamente, servicii). Acestea inglobeaza tot ceea ce ar putea contribui la satisfacerea si fidelizarea cumparatorului, cum ar fi (in functie de tipul de produs):
- livrare, instalare la domiciliu;
- garantie, service, piese de schimb;
- scolarizare;
- posibilitate de returnare in caz de insatisfactie (cerere justificata sau neconditionata) si de rambursare a contravalorii produsului cumparat/ schimbare cu alta marfa (fr. - satisfait ou rembourse, engl. - money-back guarantee);
- integrarea unor elemente care sa permita actualizarea performantelor;
- punerea la dispozitie a unui alt produs (de inlocuire) in cazul defectarii produsului cumparat sau dupa o perioada de timp (numar de ani), kilometri parcursi (pentru un automobil) etc.
Prestatiile post-vanzare constituie un argument concurential decisiv in strategia de asigurare a competitivitatii firmei, de personalizare a relatiilor sale cu clientela, un factor de incredere si de securitate pentru cumparator. Aceste prestatii trebuie insotite de servicii efectuate inainte de cumpararea produsului (servicii pre-cumparare) si de servicii in timpul vanzarii.
