Es geht hier um den Doppler-Effekt. Die Töne klingen dann wie ein vorbeifahrender Zug oder wie die Hupe eines vorbeifahrenden Autos.
Stell's dir einfach mal vor.
Additionally, if they've pulled out too far in an intersection as I pass, I give them "Doppler Horn" - blow your horn long enough that they get the Doppler effect.
