Refers to a man's ability to prolong an erection due to use of certain drugs (usually pain killers).
Currently I have "Drogenlatte," but I made that up. Is there an *established* German slang term?

Some suggestions
Norbert, I don't know of an established German term, but then again the English term wasn't established either until someone invented it. Here are a few possibilities that come to mind.
Pillen-Piller, Pharma-Pfahl (nice alliteration, Tabletten-Flöte/Pfeife.

I hope this doesn\'t get me into a lot of trouble, but I thought folks might enjoy a little humor on the subject.
Pfizer Corp is making the announcement today that VIAGRA will soon be
available in liquid form and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power
beverage suitable for use as a mixer.
Pepsi\'s proposed ad campaign claims: It will now be possible for a man to
literally pour himself a stiff one. Obviously we can no longer call this a
soft drink.
This additive gives new meaning to the names of cocktails, highballs and
just a good old fashioned stiff drink. Pepsi will market the new concoction
by the name of Mount And Do.

: Nee, der Geltungsbereich ist doch "Slang". Niemand aus dem Slang-Umfeld sagt "Pharma-Pfahl", aber bei "Drogenlatte" weiß jeder sofort bescheid. ;)
