Ich übersetze das Memo eines Immobilienbrokers, in dem die Situation diverser Liegenschaften erörtert wird. Es geht um größere Objekte (malls, warehouses).
Mir ist nicht klar, was ich genau unter dem “a 65% of appraised leverage” verstehen soll. Ist wahrscheinlich supereinfach für die Finanzexperten, aber trotzdem bitte nicht hauen!!!
“As I also mentioned to you XXX is very interested in financing us if we wish to keep the property ABC for ourselves. They recommend not to finance until the New Year[…].. They proposed to me 20, 25 and even 30 years terms and amortizations. We discussed ***a 65% of appraised leverage*** and the rate would vary depending on the term and time of commitment. “
