English to German Tech/Engineering Physics Mikroskopeinstellungen

For large defects that need microscopic inspection, use the Nikon XD-20 Microscope.
Set the light source to TOP LIGHT by turning on both EPI and DIA and selecting light A.
Adjust the Hamamatsu camera settings for Gain, ***Offset***, and Sensitivity to adjust the image as necessary.
Select the appropriate objective magnitude.

Ich hab's so gelassen, weiss allerdings nicht ob das geht. Oder wie man da sonst sagt. Wer kennt sich damit aus?
