1st obtuse marginal (coronary artery)

Let Google search for "coronary arteries" "OM".
It'll spill out links like the one below which contains the following
"...cumflex; LM = left main; OM = obtuse marginal; PD = posterior. descending; PL= posterior left ... dict total in-flow is unaffected up to critical stenoses..."

You were asking about "acute marginal" at the time. One of the answers you got then was from Anne Schulz: "doch, doch - schon spitzwinkelig abgehend, der Ramus marginalis dexter, im Gegensatz zum R. marginalis sinister ("obtuse marginal"), der stumpfwinklig(er) vom R. circumflexus der li. Koronararterie abgeht. 1 hr -> danke! - ja, gut, das "spitzwinkelig" geben wir im Deutschen aber nicht wieder, richtig?"
Good luck for your next search!
