: Bis auf die Tatsache, dass "log" nicht "base 10" impliziert. Base 10 = lg.

Danke - das ist richtig. Im Gegensatz zu lg ist log unspezifisch was die Basis betrifft. Im Kontext der real-time PCR wird jedoch meist Basis 10 als log notiert.
