The Supplier will not abandon, transfer, assign or sublet (collectively referred to as assign) the Agreement or part thereof, or delegate any of its obligations in terms of the Agreement, without the written permission of XX and if such permission is granted, Supplier shall at all time remain jointly and *servable* liable and responsible.
