How would you call this ILO (International Labour Organization) branch?
The Cooperative Branch (COOP) is reaching out and
working more closely with the United Nations and the
Food and Agriculture Organization in particular on the
International Year of Cooperatives. However, it is also
expanding its contacts with the institutions involved in
cooperative development and social entrepreneurship, the
academic community and other cooperative stakeholders.

Abteilung für Genossenschaften / Genossenschaftsentwicklung [Genossenschaftswesen]
Da scheint es keine eingeführte deutsche Entsprechung zu geben, aber in diese Richtung müsste es gehen. "Cooperatives" sind Genossenschaften, und 2012 war das hier auch erwähnte Internationale Jahr der Genossenschaften.

Das SYNDICOOP-Programm wurde im Jahr 2002 im Anschluss an Diskussionen unter Vertretern des Internationalen Bundes Freier Gewerkschaften (IBFG) und des Internationalen Genossenschaftsbunds (IGB) auf den Weg gebracht, gefördert durch ACTRAV und die Abteilung Genossenschaften des IAA (COOP).
