Bus/Financial
When an invoice is loaded into Buyer, an automatic reconciliation process attempt occurs, which tries to reconcile the invoice to the order to the receipt (if available), which can and does impact the payment timing of the invoice if exceptions or mismatches occur.

In this case, a series of jobs is initiated by the computer, and inclusion of the "and" is NOT compulsory, particularly if each stage has to be matched in turn, which I would assume from the wording given. I'm really not sure if it would be essential to include the "und" in German, but I doubt it, otherwise the meaning is slightly changed.
