英文中的file/document，在简体中经常把file译为文件，document有时译为文件，有时译为文档。而在繁体中文中，似乎file有“文件”和“檔案”两种译法；至于document，不知是否还是译为“文档”好？而“档案”这个词，在简体中出现时，似乎为archive的意义。
我的个人理解，不知对还是不对。对于file，当用于描述保存在磁盘中的介质时，一般采用“檔案”，而描述一份具有某种内容、（官方、正式）的文件时，一般采用“文件”。
至于document，不知是否还是写为“文檔”好？
