Dutch term

achterligger

Dutch to English Other Slang
This is in an email where the author confirms that they are still the contact for [X company], and then they say that they have matters pending for [Y company], invoices etc.

The author then writes:

Laat even weten of we een overzicht naar jou kunnen opsturen of dat we direct naar de achterligger kunnen gaan.

The only translations I can find for achterligger don't seem to make any sense in the context.

client/customer/principal

I don't know if there is a specific term in English.

As I see it, though, company X and company Y each have an outsider working as a contact person. So the author wants to know if the document can be sent directly to the client/principal (probably the Y company) instead of sending it to the contact person, i.e. the person that is being addressed.
