Dutch term

akte van royement

Dutch to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
The document uses this phrase twice in a mortgage statement that is being provided to someone who wishes to pay off their mortgage in full and (I guess) prematurely) both times it refers to charges Notariele kosten - tarief akte van royement, and Kadastrale tarieven - kadastraal tarief akte van royement. Then later in a letter it says "Mochten er na het verlenen van het royement nog vorderingen ontstaan..."etc. Is it potentially a "notification of discharge" Or "charge certificate" Or "release deeds"? Fromt he research I have done I understand that the "notification of discharge" is sent to the land registry office/owner of the house once a mortgage has been paid in full to say that the mortgage has been taken off the mortgage register. And that the Charge Certificate is sent to the person who now owns the house outright to replace what used to be called the deeds of the house and that one of these things used to be called the release deeds. Can anyone help?!?

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Deed of cancellation sounds good but according to a conveyancing solicitor in UK 'application for registration (of discharge)' may be better/as good"
