Dutch term

afkoopregeling

Dutch to English Bus/Financial Management other
Context is an top-level executive being dismissed from a company though it is unclear if he holds shares (which would lead me to believe it is something like "buy-out package") or not (in which case it might be "severance package?").
Proposed translations (English)
4 +2 severance package

severance package

In your context I would go for severance package, as this covers more than e.g. a (stock) redemption agreement.
The executive is not really being bought out, but dismissed.
