Mandje Wat is een mandje?

Een mandje aandelen staat voor een verzameling, op basis van een complete index, bepaalde risicofactoren, een branche of bijvoorbeeld de geografische spreiding die u wilt aanbrengen.

Aandelenfondsen zorgen automatisch voor een mandje aandelen waar u gebruik van kunt maken, dat ze samenstellen op basis van hun specifieke analyses. U kunt daarnaast zelf voor een mandje met aandelen zorgen, om een goede belegging te vormen waarbij u een beperkt risico loopt.

U kunt zelf bepalen hoe u uw mandje met aandelen vorm wenst te geven. Een bekende strategie om het risico te spreiden is het verzamelen van de complete index. U koopt dan de aandelen van alle bedrijven binnen een bepaalde index, om op basis daarvan een mandje samen te stellen. De meest gemakkelijke methode om dit te doen is het aankopen van bepaalde trackers van indices.

volgens mijn taalgevoel... is het wel gewoon een enigszins informele naam voor 'beleggingsportefeuille'. Dat is natuurlijk het gemakkelijkst te bevestigen via blogs en comments van gebruikers:
Brands lijkt vooral te kijken naar de toekomstige verkoopwaarde van de aandelenportefeuille terwijl wij als supporters kritisch zijn naar de opbouw ervan en de tussentijdse prestaties (analogie met dividend). ... Vandaar mijn analogie van individuele aandelen t.o.v. een beleggingsmandje.

Maar in jouw context past de term 'investment pool' misschien net even beter?

It's specifically about the fact that these investments are one package/"basket", ie are inseparable (see the "basket trade" concept definition on Investopedia; I already found that link earlier, but I'm still not sure about "basket" as a standalone noun). So I don't think investment portfolio works.
