Dutch term

barema

Dutch to English Bus/Financial Insurance Insurance
Subheading of a text extolling the virtues of a particular Dutch insurance company:

fee scale

Having some form of a 'fee scale' in relation to lawyers seems to be the norm.

See websites:
http://www.ag.gov.au/www/attorneygeneralhome.nsf/0/F087C3801...
"The report found that the fee scale did not result in a lesser quality service being provided by legal aid lawyers."

http://www.mobar.org/law/great.htm
"For example, your vision may be equal access to justice for all. Your action plan could be to provide legal services on a sliding fee scale."
