De planmatigheid van de organisatie wordt bepaald door de mate waarin de organisatie is ingericht op resultaatgericht werken en in staat is om te gaan met afwijkingen. Ik zoek een vertaling voor de titel van de paragraaf

agree Tina Vonhof (X) : I would choose 'effective' planning, because there also needs to be some flexibility to deal with 'afwijkingen'.
