guaranteed cheque

agree jarry (X) : Sounds like a very plausible answer. Further context would be helpful.

Bearer cheque

or (without context I cannot be sure) cash cheque or even cash/cheque (i.e. either)
Peer comment(s):

giro cheque

According to Kramers' Business kascheque is a giro cheque.

Peer comment(s):

neutral Ton Remkes : Kramer, very unfortunately, too often supplies doubtful translations - - -. In this case we feel almost certain their rendering is too simple, to say the least.

Without any further given context you could be absolutely right
neutral jarry (X) : But Kramer is not an authority on the English language.
