agree Harry Borsje : instead of 'condition' I'd be inclined to use 'term' here - I almost offered 'post-term terms' as a translation, but that Googled up visions of 10-months-pregnant women :-|

Thanks, Harry. In my opinion, 'term' might be a little ambiguous in this context. It could mean a time period.
