which/who(m)
first off natural person / legal entity, followed by which / who(m) [as grammar would dictate]...or the present participle form could substitute, "dealing/trading in"...we don't have to follow , ktery/a/e to the letter, "zabýváci se" in Czech would seem OK, but , ktery/a/e is a stalwart and is indeed proper Czech. - so as to avoid the whole deal
