It is an annual report. Could please someone try to render the whole paragraph since I cannot make head or tail of it.

on the grounds of the contract about assets (?) of part of company XXX, signed on 28.7. 2003 between XXX and an authorized person of YYY, on Aug 1st 2003 company YYY has taken over rights and obligations from XXX as original tenant.
In short, company YYY a.s. is now (from Aug 1st) the one which is responsible/new tenant.
Please excuse my English, it's not my mother-tongue - I hope you will understand what I mean.
