Exempt (from VAT) according to Section 64 of Act No 235/2004
Refers to the law on VAT
Should be 'dle'
Some say 'Coll' for 'Sb', but this should not be used as per the EU guidelines http://ec.europa.eu/translation/english/guidelines/documents...

exempt (from VAT) in keeping with Act no. 235/2004 Coll.
It should read osvobozeni DLE zak, etc..
exempt in keeping with Act no. 235/2004 Coll.
This is the VAT act, so it probably refers to goods/services/exports etc. extempt from VAt, such as when a Czech company exports something into another EU state, no VAt is paid or claimed..
