Hi.
I'm translating a collection of documents from DR Congo including 1 page (a letter) on "Projet contrat de Concession Perpetuelle".
The letter starts "Mlle, J'ai l'honneur de vous faire parvenir ce projet de contrat. Je vous signale que ce contrat n'interviendra qu'après le paiement de la somme reprise ci-dessous :
- Prix de référence du terrain
- Taxe de P.V. de mise en valeur
- Note d'usage
- Frais de croquis
- Loyer"

is how i read it, a form heading to note the current use of the land being conveyanced.

: As this is something being invoiced, it would seem essential to translate "note".

: note definitely has to be translated. And keep in mind it's African French and Congolese Fr is influenced by Belgian French which is influenced by Flemish...
