: Klingt einleuchtend, falls es sich um Multiple Sklerose handelt - nur ist es keine gängige Abkürzung - also Oligoklonale Bande

Und auch nicht darum, ob hier einer richtig interpretiert. Übersetzungen sind immer Kontextsache - und da kann Vieles infrage kommen.
Wer weiß, welches Krankheitsbild hier rauskommt - und da streiten sich die Dr. meds. ;)
Es wäre doch wohl korrekter "OLBIL - negativ" zu sagen, oder?
Vor allem passt das zu dem vorher erwähnten immunologischen Screening, dass hier auch Untersuchungen zu einer evtl. MS über Rückenmarksanalyse gemacht werden.
