I dont think we can use the word " mobilization" ... since its related to army .. and here i think the writer mainly means that everyone is devoted into this ..

All the Arabic synonyms could possibly replace تجييش, which is not possible with the synonyms of "mobilize".

I found plenty of synonyms in Arabic حشد، تعبئة، شحن، استنفار but I can't find another word in English rather than mobilize.
