Source text - English One day, on my way to work, I saw a boy who was without a shirt and was crying. I noticed his hands was on his belly like one who was feeling pain. I went near to ask him what the matter was. He told me that he had not eaten since yesterday. "Why have you not eaten?", I asked him. He answered, "My dad and mum do not have money to buy food at home, and our neighbours are already making gest of us because we always ask them for food." I had pity for him, told him to go inside and wear a T-shirt. He went in and wore a T-shirt. I then took him to a nearby restaurant to get some food. I told him to order for any food that he want. I also ordered for mine. We did eat and enjoyed ourselves. The boy was so happy, full of joy.
When we were done eating, I took him to a grocery shop and bought some food items for him to take home for his parents. I also gave him a note to give to them, to encourage them and make them know that God cares for them.
What we can take home from the above story is that, in everywhere we find ourselves, we should always put smile on the faces of people. We should be the reason why someone smiles or decided not to commit suicide again. All we need to do is to extend our love and affection to them, making them see reason to have hope in this life again.

Mi sef order for my own. Two of us chop and wi enjoy awasef. Di boy happi well-well, joy kon full en bodi.
Wen wi chop finish, I karry am go one food shop, kon buy som food for am, to karry giv en papa and mama. I kon write one note giv am too sey make e giv dem, to enkoraj dem and to make dem sabi sey God kare for dem.
Wetin wi fit karry komot from dis tori be sey, evriwia wey wi find awasef, make wi always dey make pipol smile. Make wi be di risin why sombodi go smile or choose se en nor go kill ensef again. All wi fit do na to show love and care for dem, make dem see risin to get hope for dis life again.
