Las costas emergentes de la presente causa se cargarán por su orden, y su ... Explanation: cumplimiento tendrá habilitación de la via ejecutiva. Does not sound good English to me, but think this is what it is meant. "costas por su orden" is the Argentine legalese to express that legal fees and expenses (i.e. "costas") are charged to each party according to whom has originated them. Besides, they can be collected right away through an execution, i.e. it does not require a full lawsuit. |
