6.Insurance
It is responsibility of the subcontractor to certify that the following insurances are valid at the time of transportation for FoodTankers.
Vehicle insurance:
1.If equipment owned by FoodTankers is dameged, this must be reported and documented regardless of the extent of the damage. If the damage is substantial, and must be cleared by the insurance company (>0,2bb) an official report must be filled in on the relevant form issued by the insurance company. No repairs may be performed without the consent of the FoodTankers.
2.International transports must be insured according to CMR rules.
