Source text - Italian Nell'era in cui l'uomo si sta preparando a conquistare Marte e dove le nuove tecnologie stanno invadendo la nostra quotidianità, anche il mondo della medicina viene progressivamente contaminato da nuove applicazioni e nuovi programmi per ottimizzare il lavoro dei medici e soprattutto per migliorare in modo esponenziale la qualità della vita di tutti noi. Diagnostica e terapia sono i bersagli di questi nuovi fronti rivoluzionari. Vi proponiamo in questo articolo una breve carrellata di novità che si stanno concretizzando come rivoluzioni nella medicina del terzo millennio, con l'intenzione di approfondire in contenuti successivi gli argomenti più interessanti.
Daniel Kraft, medico e ricercatore della Singularity University nella Silicon Valley prospetta, per esempio, l'uso di computer intelligenti che analizzano una macchia cutanea sospetta fotografandola e indirizzando il paziente a indagini più approfondite solo se necessario, e tutto questo a distanza.
Anche il mondo dei trapianti d'organo sta per essere rivoluzionato dall'utilizzo della stampa tridimensionale capace di ricostruire tessuti biologici con cellule. Il primo orecchio bionico è stato stampato a Princeton, e a Cambridge le cellule della retina. Le prospettive saranno ancor più interessanti e decisamente di grosso impatto per i trapianti di cuore e fegato, che a breve potrebbero essere stampati, risolvendo definitivamente il problema legato alla carenza di donatori.
Nuove applicazioni tecnologiche nell'ambito cardiologico sono l'impianto Lumax VR-T e Lumax DR-T , che non contengono solo un defibrillatore cardiaco impiantabile, ma anche un sistema di monitoraggio continuo delle funzioni cardiache.
Altra innovazione in campo neurologico deriva dall'optogenetica, scienza che combina tecniche ottiche e genetiche per sondare circuiti neuronali all'interno del cervello.
Nei prossimi anni vedremo poi lo sviluppo di procedure più raffinate di stimolazione del sistema nervoso centrale, per migliorare la cura della depressione anche attraverso, per esempio, l'utilizzo di nanoparticelle come le nanoparticelle d'oro sviluppate all'Università di Chicago che permettono la modifica di cellule utilizzando luci infrarosse a bassissima densità.

Los diagnósticos y la terapia son los objetivos de estos nuevos frentes revolucionarios. Proponemos en este artículo un breve resumen de noticias que se están convirtiendo en novedades de la medicina en el tercer milenio, con la intención de profundizar en el contenido posterior de los temas más interesantes.

El panorama será aún más interesante y definitivamente de gran impacto para el trasplante de corazón e hígado, que pronto podrán ser impresos, resolviendo finalmente el problema de la escasez de donantes.
Otras nuevas aplicaciones tecnológicas en el ámbito de a cardiología son la planta Lumax VR-T y Lumax DR-T, que no sólo contiene un desfibrilador cardiaco implantable, sino también un sistema de monitoreo continuo de las funciones cardíacas.
Otra innovación en el campo neurológico viene de la optogenética, ciencia que combina técnicas ópticas y genéticas para investigar los circuitos neuronales en el interior del cerebro.

Once upon a time, there was a very beautiful little girl. Her mom had made her a red cloak and the little girl wore it on all the time so that the everybody around called her Little Red Riding Hood.
Certain day, her mom asked her to take some cakes to her grandmother who was living on the other side of the forest, advising her not to get distracted on the road, for the frest was a dangerous place, since the wolf was always there lurking around.
Litte Red Riding Hood picked up the basket full of cakes and got on her way. The girl had to go across to get to her Grandma's place, but she was not scared for she always bumped into many of her friends: the birds, the squirrels...
Suddenly she saw the wolf, which was huge, in front of her.
- Where are you going, girl? - the wolf asked with a hoarse voice.
- To my Grandma's house - said Little Red Riding Hood.
- It's not far away - the wolf thought to himself, turning around.
Little Red Riding Hood put her basket on the grass and amused herself taking flowers: - The wolf is gone, she thought, I have nothing to fear. Grandma will be very happy when I bring her a beautiful bouquet of flowers in addition to the cakes.
Meanwhile, the wolf went to Grandma's house, knocked softly on the door and the old woman opened it thinking it was Little Red Riding Hood. A hunter passing by had observed the arrival of the wolf.

Había una vez una niña muy bonita. Su madre le había hecho una capa roja y la muchachita la llevaba tan a menudo que todo el mundo la llamaba Caperucita Roja.
Un día, su madre le pidió que llevase unos pasteles a su abuela que vivía al otro lado del bosque, recomendándole que no se entretuviese por el camino, pues cruzar el bosque era muy peligroso, ya que siempre andaba acechando por allí el lobo.
Caperucita Roja recogió la cesta con los pasteles y se puso en camino. La niña tenía que atravesar el bosque para llegar a casa de la Abuelita, pero no le daba miedo porque allí siempre se encontraba con muchos amigos: los pájaros, las ardillas...
De repente vio al lobo, que era enorme, delante de ella.
- ¿A dónde vas, niña? - le preguntó el lobo con su voz ronca.
- A casa de mi Abuelita - le dijo Caperucita.
- No está lejos - pensó el lobo para sí, dándose media vuelta.
Caperucita puso su cesta en la hierba y se entretuvo cogiendo flores: - El lobo se ha ido -pensó-, no tengo nada que temer. La abuela se pondrá muy contenta cuando le lleve un hermoso ramo de flores además de los pasteles.
Mientras tanto, el lobo se fue a casa de la Abuelita, llamó suavemente a la puerta y la anciana le abrió pensando que era Caperucita. Un cazador que pasaba por allí había observado la llegada del lobo.
El lobo devoró a la Abuelita y se puso el gorro rosa de la desdichada, se metió en la cama y cerró los ojos. No tuvo que esperar mucho, pues Caperucita Roja llegó enseguida, toda contenta. La niña se acercó a la cama y vio que su abuela estaba muy cambiada.
- Abuelita, abuelita, ¡qué ojos más grandes tienes!
- Son para verte mejor - dijo el lobo tratando de imitar la voz de la abuela.
- Abuelita, abuelita, ¡qué orejas más grandes tienes!
- Son para oírte mejor - siguió diciendo el lobo.
- Abuelita, abuelita, ¡qué dientes más grandes tienes!
- Son para...¡comerte mejoooor! - y diciendo esto, el lobo malvado se abalanzó sobre la niñita y la devoró, lo mismo que había hecho con la abuelita.
Mientras tanto, el cazador se había quedado preocupado y creyendo adivinar las malas intenciones del lobo, decidió echar un vistazo a ver si todo iba bien en la casa de la Abuelita. Al llegar a la casa, vió la puerta abierta y al lobo tumbado en la cama, dormido de tan harto que estaba.
El cazador sacó su cuchillo y rajó el vientre del lobo. La Abuelita y Caperucita estaban allí, ¡vivas!.
Para castigar al lobo malo, el cazador le llenó el vientre de piedras y luego lo volvió a cerrar. Cuando el lobo despertó de su pesado sueño, sintió muchísima sed y se dirigió a un estanque próximo para beber. Como las piedras pesaban mucho, cayó en el estanque y se ahogó.
En cuanto a Caperucita y su abuela, no sufrieron más que un gran susto, pero Caperucita Roja había aprendido la lección. Prometió a su Abuelita no hablar con ningún desconocido que se encontrara en el camino. De ahora en adelante, seguiría las juiciosas recomendaciones de su Abuelita y de su Mamá.

Sergio Martinez and I am a professional translator with expertise in

(Colombia). When i was 3 years old, my parents moved to San Andres Island
(Colombia) because of their job demands; and i lived there until i was 12 years
old. People in the island speak English and Spanish, so i grew up communicating

Growing up in a
