Схема осушителя представлена на рисунке 8. На входе G1 и выходе G0 осушителя установлены фильтры (коалесцентный F1, пылевой F2) и датчики температуры (ТТ01, ТТ04). Проходя через шаровой кран V1 с пневматическим приводом, влажный воздух попадает в колонну А1, где происходит адсорбция. Индикатор PI01 и датчики PT01 фиксируют давление внутри колонны и на выходе из нее. Далее осушенный сжатый воздух через шаровой кран V7 и обратный клапан CV1 идет на выход. Одновременно с этим в колонне А2 происходит процесс регенерации, но уже без затрат осушенного сжатого воздуха. С помощью вакуумного компрессора M1 воздух засасывается из атмосферы, проходя через электрический нагреватель H1, и его температура повышается. Switching from bed to bed takes place every two to six hours with a minimum of four to six switching valves required for each bed. The switching valves play an important role in directing the inlet and outlet gas streams into the adsorption bed columns, switching the columns from adsorption phase to regeneration phase or cooling phases in a pre-set sequence.
