4 -1 | Full tithe(s) for each family |

Full tithe(s) for each family Explanation: عشريات لها علاقة بالعشر. بمعنى الضريبة Tithing is an Old Testament concept. The tithe was a requirement of the Law in which the Israelites were to give 10 percent of the crops they grew and the livestock they raised to the tabernacle/temple (Leviticus 27:30; Numbers 18:26; Deuteronomy 14:24; 2 Chronicles 31:5). In fact, the Old Testament Law required multiple tithes—one for the Levites, one for the use of the temple and the feasts, and one for the poor of the land—which would have pushed the total to around 23.3 percent. Some understand the Old Testament tithe as a method of taxation to provide for the needs of the priests and Levites in the sacrificial system. Full Tithe (10%), 1/2 Tithe (5%), 1/4 Tithe (2.5%) . http://www.anycalculator.com/tithecalculator.htm -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2021-02-28 05:14:50 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Lesson 1: Why Pay a Full Tithing? (Full-time missionaries and those completely dependent on church welfare assistance are also considered full tithe-payers.) Part-tithe payers have paid tithing, but the amount is less than one-tenth of their income." -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 10 hrs (2021-02-28 11:49:58 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- You're welcome. Deciles of total expenditure per household Explanation: In ProZ, I believe that it is never too late to post an answer. I have to post my suggestion even if the asker has already selected my colleague's, so that the selected answer would not mislead any colleague in future. Given the self-evident social and economic context in the question, عشريات here means deciles, a widely used concept by statisticians. The context has nothing to do, at all, with the Christian concept of "Tithing" as indicated in the selected answer. In descriptive statistics, a decile is any of the nine values that divide the sorted data into ten equal parts, so that each part represents 1/10 of the sample or population.[1] A decile is one possible form of a quantile; others include the quartile and percentile.[2] A decile rank arranges the data in order from lowest to highest and is done on a scale of one to ten where each successive number corresponds to an increase of 10 percentage points.
